Questions, answered
Everything you need to know.
Is this a physical poster?
No. Mapora is an instant digital product. Printing, shipping and a physical frame are not included.
Can I use any location?
Yes. Search for cities, neighborhoods, landmarks and most street addresses worldwide. You can also personalize the title independently.
What files will I receive?
Digital includes PNG and PDF in your selected ratio. Premium includes PNG and PDF in each of four ratios: 4:5, 3:4, 2:3 and A4. Paid artwork is 3,600 pixels wide; preview downloads are smaller and watermarked.
What if the map cannot load?
Your page and design details remain available. Retry the interactive preview before checkout. Paid export stops with a clear error if verified street geometry cannot be loaded.
Can I make changes before paying?
Absolutely. Experiment with every theme, occasion, title and map position. You only pay when the preview feels right.
